Rhythm Pharmaceuticals’ new offices in Boston’s Back Bay offer unobstructed views of the Boston and Cambridge skylines, while the design meets their budget-conscious desire for an open, collaborative and vibrant office environment.
The planning strategies of private offices and open work areas allow every user of the space to have access to natural light and exterior views from their individual workstation. Lounge areas and modular workstations support a collaborative culture, and an open kitchen serves as the focal point of the office: a social hub, collaboration zone, and informal gathering space.
The design also features custom-designed, painted wall murals—a cost effective way of reinforcing Rhythm’s brand identity and culture.
